Just a quick one today, I have to go and watch Dr Who.
Two healthy lunchtime salads in my kitchen today.
The salad above was one I found on Pinterest. Mozzarella 'pearls', avocado and cherry tomatoes with some basil and vinaigrette.
This one is lentils, eggs, bacon and roast peppers.
Both were delicious.
For dinner I marinated some pork chops in olive oil and lemon juice with some herbs from the garden and then I baked them.
I made chocolate mousse for pudding.
Mine is the one on the left, the right hand one belonged to one of my children.
