The Quince Tree in July

Last year the quince tree failed to fruit at all. No jelly, no pies, no delicious quince vodka, not even a single quince to scent a room. This year there are hundreds. They aren't ready to pick yet, another two or three months should do it. When they are ready I shall make quince jelly, my last batch was finished up long ago and I've missed the taste.
Think of it as a metaphor.

  3. I've missed the taste of The Quince Tree! Good to see you back.

Our quince tree had very few fruit last year and I'm not sure if we'll get a very big crop this year with the lack of rain.
