O Little Town

Sunday, 4 December 2011

Today is the second Sunday in Advent.
Time to light our candle again.

I also lit the windows of  my little Yemeni street.

My lovely prize in Sue's giveaway.

Of course Bethlehem isn't in Yemen, but the little buildings make me think of this carol.

  1. Since you follow me on Pinterest you'll probably be aware of my obsession with paper buildings. I am beyond envious.

  10. My favourite all-time carol. Despite not being a Christian I love a good singsong at Christmas and this carol always brings a lump to my throat. It takes me back to being 6 years old and my Infant school party. We sang this while sat in the dark school hall, the only light came from those on the Christmas tree.Wonderful memories.
